The Shortest Weather Forecast Ever

Perhaps, as Scott Beale at Laughing Squid suggests, it's a blooper. But I'm skeptical. The weatherman is just getting to the point. It's not like he's getting paid by the word. If only other people communicated as succinctly as Keith Monahan of KARK-TV news in Arkansas does!

It depends on how many hours had passed between when he set them and when he had first discovered the issue. 1 hour? Then the clocks were already 3 minutes apart.

right, but the question was how long had passed between when he set them and when he saw they were an hour apart. Doesn't matter when he discovered the issue - the time between setting them correctly and having them one hour apart is 20 hrs.

That being said, an argument could be made for 260 hrs :)
