Official Instructions for the Fourth Doctor's Scarf

Actor Tom Baker played the fourth known incarnation of the Doctor (below) from Doctor Who. According to an internet rumor that I cannot verify, this document is the BBC's official instructions for knitting the Fourth Doctor's iconic scarf. Get out your sonic needles and go to work.

I had a scarf like that back in the day. Not quite as long as the Doctor's. Was needed on those sub-zero days in CNY.

Trivia: The original, iconic scarf wasn't intentionally designed, but rather "a happy accident".
I could see a memo like this made for creation of later scarves.
