This is Jake Clarke, AKA "The Pipe Guy." He's a percussionist in Australia who performs on an arrangement of PVC pipes. The longer the pipe, the deeper the note. He slaps the open ends with flip-flops to produce sounds. Clarke built his instrument after watching Blue Man Group use something similar. Watch him perform techno and house music on it before an amazed crowd at the Rundle Mall in Adelaide, South Australia.
