A shapeshifting alien with the best of intentions has a rough landing on Earth and meets a man in a van. The man is apparently on the run from the police. Then things get really weird. If you’re in a hurry, you can skip the first two minutes, but the story is not as long as it seems. -via Digg

One of the great mistakes of art like this today is that it tries to say profound things from deep inside the freak show. It doesn't lead to a feeling of uplift or enlightenment or even the contentment of a good dinner. It just digs deeper into our current debasement. It's going to be a very hard slog back to the surface.
