A foggy day in London town won’t help to obscure the ugliness and utter decay found in the derelict mansions that make up Billionaire’s Row, and even though the mansions are valued at 350 million pounds the way they’re looking nowadays they’re worth exactly zero.
These rotting houses were once an esteemed part of The Bishops Avenue in Hampstead, north London, but now they are symbols of a serious housing shortage in the UK and market corruption caused by foreign owners who have left many of the properties empty for the last twenty years yet still manage to make a profit from what a neighboring property owner is calling "one of the most expensive wastelands in the world".
