Toronto mayor Rob Ford is constantly in the news for smoking crack, cavorting with prostitutes, and making a mockery of city government. The man DIDN'T find the "right place" for himself in this world, not will he EVER. The film seems to be a meditation on the illusion of absolutes, if you ask me.
