Mike “The Griz” Ritz runs Adventures South of the Border, a deep sea fishing guide business in Baja California. Here he is with Pacho, a local fisherman, showing off their catches. A sea lion erupts from the water, snatches Pacho’s fish and escapes.
The sea bird (a pelican?) seems remarkably blasé about it, considering it was within inches of the action.

Those fish, by the way, are dolphins. They're called mahi-mahi in restaurants to avoid confusion with the mammals of the same name.
