I read somewhere recently that in modern families, children grow up and then leave home and come back several times before they are really on their own. Leaving Home by Dutch animator Joost Lieuwma illustrates this in the story of Richard, who gamely tries to fledge the nest but is drawn back by forces out of his control. The tale is both funny and bittersweet.
Just last night, I admitted that I really prefer to do the entire family's laundry myself, but I will put up with the extra effort of making my daughters take care of their own clothes, because that's a skill they will need as adults. If this story is any indication, it will pay off in the long run. -via the Presurfer

Congratulations Steve and Brian.
Jim, even if you didnt get the printer it looks like you won already, congrats.
But seriously... A rubber duck!
Sure, it's a "celebrity" rubber duck. From a 20 year old movie.
I didn't expect a big prize... I did expecta little more than a rubber duck which can also be found at my local 99 cent store.
Indeed, I was going to comment on how long before someone starts crying about what they received. Sounds like jealousy envy to me, perhaps they shouldn't have the pictures of the big winners.
Brian it looks like youre an actor on the set of a television show or film that takes place in a generic windowless office
