Soviet Nuke Grill

Lance Greathouse is most famous for his spectacularly awesome flamethrower-equipped electric wheelchair. But that's only one of his many projects. This one, which is called the Secret Soviet Grill, looks like a Soviet nuclear torpedo. It features a stereo which makes sounds reminiscent of a submarine.

I loved Beany and Cecil! Well, really just Cecil. I never knew it was a spinoff.

Yes, it was a great show. I have the book _The Great Cartoon Directors_ and it gives the story behind Beany and Cecil. Clampett and his wife pulled an all-nighter and wrote an entire season's worth of material in one day, due to network brass demand at the last minute. Simply amazing. And Bob Clampett was by far the best draftsman of the cartoon directors, much better than Chuck Jones.
