The minus5° Ice Bar is a bar made entirely out of ice- the bar itself, the walls, the glasses, and even the light fixtures. It's the coolest place in town, chilled to 23°F (which is -5°C, hence the name). Two locations serve Las vegas, and now another is open in New York City in the New York Hilton Midtown. If it's a little too cool, never fear, they provide customers with parkas. Link -via Laughing Squid
