This guy may look like he owns a windowless van, and hangs out near elementary schools, but he actually has other plans for children- he wants to sell them overpriced robotic toys.
Called Cubelets, they are a set of modular robotic cubes which can be combined into simple robots, and cost a whopping $25 apiece.
All kidding aside, this is a great idea for a product but seems extremely overpriced, and they should definitely consider hiring a spokesman who doesn't look quite so creepy. Besides, who really needs these when there are so many cool motorized LEGO sets available?

I agree with all your points: Great idea, but prohibitively expensive, and they need a spokesperson who doesn't look like he invented the toy for the sole purpose of luring children to his remote cabin.

This is actually pretty cool and interesting and a smart toy for kids that could probably improve their thinking abilities. 25 bucks for one does seem quite a bit pricey though since you need a few to do anything. It's still an interesting idea to have to save up to buy a new function so you don't just have everything from the get go and get bored. It's still crazy to think just 4 of them would be 100 bucks though.
