Zombie Nativity Set - Neatorama

Strictly speaking, the three zombies from the East didn't arrive until much later, but it's traditional to place them at Bethlehem on Christmas. Etsy sellers Robin and Zered follow in this tradition with this nativity set made from Sculpey clay.

Yes, they don't really give the zombie vibe, which is probably a good thing, considering it is in really poor taste.

The tendency to anthropomorphize spaceships may have reached its zenith with the publication of Anne Leckie's award-winning "Ancillary Justice" novel (and its currently-award-nominated sequel), where the protagonist is "the sole surviving fragment of a starship 's consciousness". It's -uh- complicated, but seems pretty consistent with the trend.
