Macaroni and cheese pie (or just plain Macaroni Pie as we call it) is a very traditional caribbean dish.

Gross. There are too many other delicious things to put in a pie than mac and cheese.

There's a place in New Jersey called Roxy and Duke's that has a very similar dish on their menu. And it's freakin' delicious!
