Every age has its own bodybuilders and strongmen (and women, too). The late Jack LaLanne who passed away Sunday is one of a long line of fitness enthusiasts who drew fans, from Eugen Sandow to Arnold Schwarzeneggar. In a little over a century we've gone from the fairly natural looking "strongman" to the steroid enhanced freak show of the modern bodybuilder. Progress?
