This is what the apocalypse may look somewhat like.

I live in Brisbane. I've been in that MacDonalds before. It is really weird seeing places I've been under water. The clean up operation currently underway is immense!

That water looks on the greasy side to me.

Paddle fast. I hear banjos!!

Chris: Not so much. Brisbane's last major flood was in 74 and loads of buildings that flooded are still around. Everything needs to be cleaned and sterilized, and the gyprock (dunno what that is in the States, drywall maybe?) needs to be replaced, but a lot of houses are built well enough that a few trips with a pressure hose and all's well. It's not like we're building with wattle and daub down here.

I too have been in that Maccas. I was very drunk at the time.

The oil is probably actual oil. A lot of major roads were flooded, and there's debris from coal mines in there too.
