Incorrect Corrections

If you send text messages with an iPhone, iPad, or iPod, you may have noticed the annoying autocorrect feature that guesses what word you are trying to say - and is sometimes hilariously wrong. Damn You Autocorrect is a site that collects screencaps of these often incomprehensible assumptions. Some text may be NSFW. Link -via Metafilter

I was helping a friend with a church fund raiser, where they auctioned of some of the young adults to people in the congregation, and then they put all of the money toward a youth group trip.
This friend texts me one day and asks if I'm going to do the auction, and I answer, "I guess, but I don't have that many skills. Just tutoring and sewing." But my phone changed 'sewing' to 'sexing'.
Yup. I almost said that they only skills I could sell at church were tutoring and sexing.

This is why I have it disabled. Very annoying. It should only autocorrect if you press the suggestion and not when you press space. Pressing the suggestion ignores it.
