A friend of mine showed me this a few weeks ago. To be honest, I don't care for this type of music, or the whole 'urban' style in general, but these guys are just plain awesome. That flip the dude in red does toward the end? And the guy in the white T whose feet seem like they aren't connected to his legs? Incredible...

It's sped up and slowed down at certain parts, possibly for dramatic effect, but more likely to pace it correctly with the music.

Incredible control and physical. I wonder how if it was all self-taught and how much those guys have had to practice to get that good. Must be a lot of time in front of the bedroom mirror.

This is soooo cool. i love this style of dancing, poppin an lockin. This style is a West Coast original that was being developed in california around the same time that breakdancing was becoming big on the East Coast. These guys are flat out amazing.
