OMG, Greatest Show Concept Ever...

If you could create your perfect TV show, what would it be?  Apparently, whoever greenlighted this show understands that there is a huge untapped market of people like me.

Here it comes, Weaponizers, the flaming hellspawn of BattleBots and Junkyard Wars.  I...am...so...happy...

Please God - I dont ask for much - don't let the pilot be a hoax.

Ya know, as I thought about it later, I recall watching the episode of Mythbusters where they made the robotic police car and thinking, "Man, if they just got a couple of these and strapped on missle launchers... Now THAT would be really cool."

And here it is.

The mythbusters often has trouble getting permits for small explosives. I doubt if they would be able to get permits to make such awesome vehicles.

The producers will probably be in Guantanamo within a few weeks.

What is it with all the Vs. programming lately?

First we get Spike's Deadliest Warrior, then Milo Ventimiglia announces he's making Ultradome, and now we get dudes playing Mad Max/Twisted Metal in the desert.

I for one welcome them as survival lessons for the impending apocalypse.

@Shmorp - It's awesome! Deadliest Warrior, Alaska Experiment, Battles BC, Patton 360, Warriors... and now this.. and it starts tomorrow! WooHoo!

This is important info for when I lead my minions in post-apocalyptic 2013! :D

Steeliecat:

Indy cars run on methanol. No gasoline involved whatsoever. But methanol doesn't provide the big orange fireball that says "Utter Annihilation".

Steeliecat is a buzz kill. Go have a hot dog, a beer, and quit being such a cry baby. Or just move to the African jungle and start hand feeding tigers. Remember to walk there, don't want to be wasting gas.

Weapon Masters on Military Channel is good, too. If you haven't seen it, it has a British dude who is a weapons historian and an American dude who is a crazy artist/maker. British dude shows some weapon and how it was made and used, American dude tries to update/improve it, then they square off to see which is the best.
