Very cute little girl. Stupid parents need to do more research on how to take care of fish. Goldfish have the potential to live 20+ years if properly taken care of. And I'm so tired of people flushing fish... just toss it in the trash, or if you have a yard, go bury it.
Kudos to the dad for helping his little girl deal with the realities of life in a loving and sensitive way (death is death, even if it's just a fish.) The little girl is adorable and bright -- and there's no saying she'll be cynical Richard...disillusioned perhaps, but not necessarily cynical.
This was the cutest and funniest thing I have seen all day. I am with Elagie on this. She is being taught to deal with the harsh reality of death (even if it's a goldfish, but he was obviously loved), and is bright, articulate, and adorable.
