Jonathan is the Systems Administrator at SIBI/Sunset church (meaning he does their networking, built the sunset.cc website, and troubleshoots computer issues).
Mrs. Bobbie's husband works at SIBI, and they attend the church. She has no degree-- except from the school of Jonathan.
That little lady has absolutly no clue what the words she's speaking mean. And I like how the writer of her dialog is pulling the old trick of "we sound smarter if we speak the words instead of the familiar acronyms!". (The writier is probably the Jonathan kid, since everything she was talking about was specifically networking jargon, not just 'computers')
Spoilsport: it's a little sad that their hospital lists are in a members only section as opposed to a Community Outreach page or something more inviting and inclusive.
