Ampersand: How to Prettify Web Typography

There's something unusually attractive about the ampersand (heck, there's even a blog dedicated to it, as posted on Neatorama a while back).

Dan Cederhom of SimpleBits has a neat web design how-to post explaining how you can prettify your web text to use default fonts on Mac and Windows that have interesting ampersands (instead of the ho-hum Verdana's &).
