CD Shaped Like Retro Floppy Disk! - Neatorama

Here's something retrotastic: a CDR shaped to look like 3.5 in floppy disks!

Imagine the reactions when you pop the floppy into the CD drive! I have a huge box of floppies, I used to use nothing but them. . . .

I'm pretty sure that floppies held 1.44 MB, not 1.22, but I could be wrong.

It looks like a piece of plastic glued onto a normal CDR. It would have been much better if it was a true square disc like the business card CDRs. I could make those at home easily.

Do NOT insert into a slot-load optical drive. Or maybe do it just once to learn why it's a really, really, really bad idea.

I always thought that was one of the dumbest parts of Star Wars (or course the complete list of dumb Star Wars things would take several dozen pages).

Star travel, light sabers, energy weapons, lifelike prosthetics, huge death stars, all easy peasy - but make a robot droid that could speak english (even though it could understand english) - that's just crazy talk.

Oh wait, they make a bipedal humanoid robot that could speak nine zillion languages (i.e C3PO) but they couldn't find enough space to jam a single language chip into R2D2 (a wheel based robot) - or even a LCD text display - WTF?
