Maybe I've been making them wrong but I've never had a root beer float look anything like that.

I actually made these last weekend, and they didn't come out very tasty. My advice to anyone who might want to try it - skip the root beer schnapps. Alcoholic cupcakes sound awesome in theory, but in practice, it's not good eats.
