Bank Robber Left Resume and Photo of Himself!

I read a story about how some guy was trying to break in to a church. He called the police and asked them to help him. They searched him and founf pot, then he invited them to his house where they found another stash of pot. Now that's a stupid criminal!

Whenever I hear about some bank robber being identified in some idiotic way, I always think that maybe the police have the wrong guy. I mean, how difficult would it be to leave behind someone else's resume? Someone who resembled you. The 'witnesses' would all be biased to identify the person whose picture was on the resume.

Likewise when someone "uses their own" deposit slip -- perhaps it was just some random dudes deposit slip, but the police are going for the easy solve.

Not that I'm underestimating the propensity for criminals to do stupid things, but the police are just as stupid sometimes.

So sad. Another brother wrongly convicted.
