Yeah, that's one thing that's always bothered me with these kinds of approaches to stop speeding... people seem to forget the main reasoning behind them is to promote safety and reduce accidents. They seem to forget that people not paying attention to the road and their surroundings causes more accidents than speeding.

the road to hell is lined with huge billboards that some out of the box genius/geniusette created so they could sleep better at night, but it is still paved with good intentions.

i wish i had posted "if this were the life that flashed before my eyes, i'd want to die", but it's only something you'd say to be mean spirited and spiteful. i'm sure the people on these billboards are incredible individuals, filled with the ardor and glowing light of humanity and compassion, with that being said
