The Perception Laboratory at the University of St. Andrews in Scotland created a software called Face Transformer that lets you change the age, race or sex of a face photograph.
Neatorama reader Quito used the software on a famous actress and changed her into a West-Asian, masculine, Afro-Caribbean, and East-Asian (pic to the left) versions. See who it is: http://www.smidgy.com/smidgy/2007/04/natalie_portman.html - Thanks Quito!

The West-Asian and Afro-Caribbean settings worked remarkably well with my daughter. Most of the others didn't do so well. Those two were uncanny.
