Rethinking New York’s taxis.
The Design Trust for Public Space put together Taxi 07 Exhibit, a showcase of taxi prototypes and concepts, at the New York International Auto Show in celebration of the New York taxi’s 100th anniversary. The show opens Friday to the public in conjunction with the official opening of the car show. Link via: Digg.
The taxi on 26's must have been designed in NY. Everyone in the South knows it needs side step bars, so grandma can get in.
