I remember Gak from back when Nickelodeon sold it when I was a kid. Fun stuff! And I'm pretty sure I made this "recipe" in elementary school, but it never occurred to me that it might be the same concept behind the commercial stuff. Neat!

At the Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day, it was called Ooblek as well, but they pitched it as a non-Newtonian liquid. I had to explain to a few kids what that meant, I don't think the presenters were doing a fair representation.

I used to make this when I worked in childcare and I give you this warning: Keep track of this stuff. I once lost a batch behind a shelf and it went bad. Badly bad. What the HOLY HELL is that STENCH bad.

Also, it is nearly impossible to get out of clothes.
