Adam Stennett's Mouse Art.

Adam Stennett is a good painter - heck, he's quite an amazing painter, actually. His paintings have the same photorealistic quality found in Ralph Goings' artwork.

The only thing is: Adam paints mouse - yep, there is a mouse in all of his paintings! This one above is called "Underwater Mouse 1."

"They definitely wouldn't have had potatoes, as they hadn't yet made it to the new world" The Potato is native to the New World. Originating in Latin America Potatoes were introduced to the Old World in the 1500s. Perhaps the author meant potatoes hadn't yet made it to New England.
