Female UFC Fighter Explains to Man That He Sexually Harassed the Wrong Woman

A man outside a nightclub in California decided to sexually harass a woman. He then experienced a major failure in the victim selection process by targeting two young ladies who happen to be professional cage fighters: Leslie Smith and Heather Clark.

Leslie Smith is in the bantamweight division and Heather Clark is in strawweight division of the Ultimate Fighting Champion mixed martial arts company. They are highly skilled at physically beating opponents into bloody submission.

The man pinched Clark's bottom. Smith objected, as the tabloid The Mirror describes:

The man then allegedly spat in her face saying "F*** you. I can do whatever I want."

Smith replied: ‘No motherf***er, you can’t.’

He then allegedly swung a punch in Smith's direction - which she dodged, forcing him against and wall.

She then managed to take him onto the floor where she rained down elbows on him, the Metro reports.

"He turned over and I just dropped elbows on him from mount against the building until he started saying, “I’m sorry,”‘ Smith told Bloody Elbow.

"Then I stopped as soon as he said sorry, because that was really the only thing I went over there for."

Smith was discreet about the incident, but decided to come forward to the news media about it because her friends enjoyed hearing the story so much. And so do we!

Pinching someone's bottom does not make him a threat in the first place.

Rape in the military has little to do with "following orders". Those can be reasons the rapes aren't getting prosecuted like they should be, but that's not the half of it. Military females absolutely are held down and raped by force, all-too commonly.

It's a simple fact that men are considerably stronger than women, and trying to deny this just makes you look utterly foolish. See my other response... Check Olympic weight-lifting records for a quick and easy comparison. Or just look at ANY SPORT, where women must have their own division, since the very best of them can't compete with the worst of the men... The only exception is long-distance running, where women's lower body weight nearly compensates for reduced strength.

Self defense was justified. They stopped when the man was no longer a threat.

In the military there are issues of following the orders of commanding officers, never complaining, putting the welfare of the entire unit ahead of the individual, etc. Military females are not sexually assaulted because they're too physically weak in comparison to their male equivalents.

You do not know if the guy was drunk and/or a poor fighter: you assume this because you also assume that "just about any" man can overpower any two women because....why, exactly?

At any given-weight, a man will be at least 1/3rd stronger than a woman (so says all Olympic weight-lifting records!). And men weigh about 1/3rd more than women on average, compounding the advantage. There's always the chance an extremely large female athlete will cross paths with a particularly puny man who barely uses his muscles, but that is quite uncommon.

Not sure you could call two trained professionals literally beating a (probably drunk)man into submission a happy story.
Something fishy sounding about the whole thing. She should have stopped and walked away after dodging the alleged swing. Or just not followed him in the first place. Nobody should have their bum grabbed, but the reaction does not sound like self defence.

I don't agree with rcxb that "just about any adult man" is stronger than two women.
