JoEllen Elam makes extraordinary custom dresses and costumes. We've previously seen a wedding gown that she made for a belly dancer. This marvel is a prom dress that a father commissioned for his clearly treasured daughter. It's made to resemble a dress worn by Elsa in the movie Frozen.
The girl's favorite color is purple, so the father asked that Elam incorporate it in the dress. The results are beautiful!
