Tree Dwellings

Alex

Fairy doors lead to fairy houses, of course. But no one has seen these tiny dwellings before, until Boston-based illustrator Daniel Barreto came along. Enjoy his photo series Woodhouses, which is the cleverest use animated GIFs we've seen in a long time: Link - via Archie McPhee's Endless Geyser of Awesome

I had a really old, cool looking tree in my back yard. A portion of the trunk looked like a doorway so... I found 2 small door hinges and some tiny screws and some paint. I painted a 'fairy' door on the trunk and put the hinges on one side. The full moon window painted near the top of the door had glow-in-the-dark paint. And a cut glass antique door knob finished the look. Everyone loved it, but kids always wanted to play under that tree more than anywhere else. The backside of the tree had a similar 'opening' so that became the backdoor of the fairy tree.

Please tell me he contacted a tax accountant.
"Employees say Lueken's decision, which won't require them to pay anything for their shares in the business, multiplied the high esteem they already held for their boss."

This is not true. Each of the employees will have to pay taxes on the stock. It will be income to them. Chances are they will have to sell the stock to pay the taxes. So, His "gift" to the employees will be sold to pay the taxes. The ownership of the store will go to others, not the employee.
