Nedward "Ned" Flanders, Jr. may be one of the most iconic neighbors in television history. The reoccurring character from The Simpsons is famous for his compassion, his evangelical spirituality, but maybe above all else the funny way he talks. You have to hand it to voice actor Harry Shearer and the writers of The Simpsons, they really have developed a vocabulary of their own.
Nate Smith of Awkward Elevator wondered what it would be like to speak Flanders and what better way to imagine that than through Google Translate.

A library assistant I used to work with nicknamed me Flanders because I developed the habit of saying, "Okeley-Dokeley."
They "didnt realize the crocs were aggressive" and were "shocked" that it wanted to kill you?
Did they even know what crocodiles were previous to this encounter??
Crocs rate up there with sharks as being perfect killing machines. I almost wish this guy had put himself in for a Darwin award.
