This is allegedly an ad for an anti-littering campaign in Belfast, UK. But it would work pretty well for anti-drug campaign as well. Or a commercial for adult undergarments.

Love this! I live in Belfast and while this poster has been redone by an artist it still mimics the ridiculousness of the actual ad campaign. This is a legit poster but they usually say something like 'I spit my gum out onto the street and now my friends won't talk to me!'.

Looks fake to me. Try visiting the URL on the poster and you'll see no mention of that campaign.
