I don't care what it tastes like. I just want to see this bartender in action! This video shows a man setting a Mexican coffee (a type of cocktail) on fire and then pouring the flaming liquid in and out of serving dishes.

It's a very popular drink in upscale Mexican Restaurants where it's called Café Irlandés or Irish Coffee.

Some Irish Whiskey is warmed up and you start the flame with the vapors, add a double espresso, whipped cream and a cherry on top.

My wife was set on fire by an idiot waiter with a flaming Sambuca. Crimplene melts easily. Put out the fire before it did too much damage, but I'll not order those again.
