It takes place at a Krishna temple in a small Utah town (which should explain the largely Anglo look of the crowd). But it is a full Krishna temple, as I understand it (I lived in the town prior to the temple being built). More info about the temple here:

There are generally only westerners because this particular festival was in Utah, not India. Looks like fun!

@mastabingus: so should everyone abstain from fun until governments are not corrupt and pollution doesn't exist? Your perspective comes across as incredibly cynical and dismissive of other peoples' own viewpoints.

Planet is being destroyed, government is corrupt, and the kids are running around like idiots trying to have their own "hippie generation" I bet all these people like totally like support the environment.

1. there is no glass of water big enough to hold saturn... A mass of water would likely form a sphere just by its own gravitational field...
2. As noone holds the glass of water, it would just accelerate in the direction of the expected gravitational field...
3. Saturn would just spread on the water surface...
4 why just not stating that the average density of saturn is below the average density of water under normal conditions.
