Shirt Made Entirely of Lacoste Logos

By John Farrier in Fashion on Feb 23, 2010 at 5:04 pm

Fernando and Humberto Campana designed this shirt, made entirely of copies of the alligator logo of the fashion brand Lacoste. The physical work was done by a women’s co-op in Brazil and the Campanas hope to promote its mission through this project.

A bargain at twice the price!

Is the tyrannosaur the better bargain though? The Tyrannosaur would last for years, and annoy and frighten the neighbors for all of that time. This shirt would last a couple of months, but I could impress everyone with my ironic hipness…what to do…

Meep! Lacoste uses a crocodile for its logo not an alligator :S

In my adopted homeland of Seattle, I see enough North Face logos to make a parka entirely out of them.
