Dark Lens

Photographer Cédric Delsaux (previously at Neatorama) began the project Dark Lens with the intent of photographing suburban decay in Dubai, but the addition of Star Wars characters made it something special. Link to pictures. Link to article (en Français). -via Dark Roasted Blend

Aptly named Party Pooper, you are not wrong that Star Wars is ubiquitous, but some of us still get a kick out of it, having been born in the eighties or later. Maybe just avert your eyes and leave us alone?

Ha! Great! I think the fact that Star Wars stuff is everywhere doesn't hurt it at all. In fact the ordinariness of the Star Wars characters made it better. Thanks!

Only one or two "good" ones (using the term loosely). I liked the AT-AT one, too. Everything else except maybe Darth Vader, pretty much sucked.

Not sure what the commentary was supposed to be, but maybe he just took some mediocre pictures and tried to popularize them.
