    The quality leaves a lot to be desired, although these are much much better than the Hannah Montana ones, which are cheap one-color clip-art line drawings of flowers and guitars. I’m surprised they didn’t do a better job… it would be great if they had “photos” on them (and judging by the photos on cakes, it’s theoretically possible to do such a thing — I guess it must be too slow and/or costly for mass production).

    Kirk’s hair is pretty…uh…far out. Worst ‘do since the Faux Hawk or the Mullet.

    You have GOT to be kidding me! What is this…? A Romulan ploy (Klingons are more direct)?
    Anyway, can’t the Kellog company come up with something a bit more imaginative to sell their products, besides characters from a 40+ year-old TV series? It was a great series, but THIS is scraping the bottom of the barrel as a sales gimmick!

    Waffles, the final frontier. These are the voyages of the starship Eaterprise. Its 5-year mission: to explore strange new waffles, to seek out new butter and new syrup, to boldly go where no waffle has gone before.

    Laaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa Laaaa La La La La Laaaaaaaa…..

    Is Spock Jewish?

    Do Not buy these to eat, the middle part with the picture is thinner then the outer waffle and burns to a crisp and tastes nasty. They look cool but are impractical as a food source.

    @Dragonflye:

    Both Leonard Nimoy and William Shatner are of Jewish heritage, yes.

    I saw these in the store and wanted some. Wife said no… :(

    Sometimes, I think she just doesn’t get it.

    @carye1: If you’re old enough to have a wife, you’re old enough to buy whatever the hell you want.
    Go and get those waffles, and regain a bit of that self you used to call a man. Do it.
