Rabbit

Run Wrake made this very strange, yet very intriguing short called “Rabbit.”  Like the Dick and Jane books of yesteryear as seen through the eyes of a madman, the style is unique, and the moral of the story is poignant.  (Warning: animated animal slaughter.)

John Farrier scooped this a couple years ago, but I was too impressed with it to search. Bad Cat!

Haven’t watched “yet”. Not sure how I can after you follow the word poignant with animated animal slaughter????????

Fran: It’s nothing too over-the-top, just shocking enough to warrant some kind of heads-up. ;)

Well worth ten minutes of your time. Yes, it has been rolling around the Internet for a few years. No, it is not dated nor trite.

Perhaps I should post 405 The Movie into the Upcoming Queue.

Ahhh, I’ve loved Run Wrake’s videos for years. Check out the ones he did for Future Sound of London and Howie B. Great eye candy!

I think this is a pretty old short, which isn’t saying anything about posting it, as I am glad to see it again. I think I saw it several years ago at Sidewalk Moving Picture Festival.

That’s as old as the internet. Still, nice to see it again.
