World's Deepest Trash Can

By Robert Birming in Video Clips on Oct 2, 2009 at 8:46 am

This trash can was created as an attempt to make it more fun for people to throw their waste. 72 kilos of garbage was put in the bin during one day. That is 41 kilos more than the closest standard trash bin.

Yeah, put one in Boston and they'd have the bomb squad and SWAT teams mobilizing in no time! Cute idea though.

The women communicate using sign language yet they are able to hear the sound of the trashcan?

You guys are all wrong. Obviously the trash can is sitting on top of a really deep cave. Any three year old can tell you that.

We have really deep trash cans in a local park, near a big picnic area. The underground part is enormous.

Novel way of getting folks to deposit their trash in the right places.

Anyone else notice that some people were actually looking around for more trash to throw out, just so they could hear it? Brilliant.
