Chainmail Chess Set

David Austin made a chainmail chessboard in 2001, and a few years later completed the chess pieces to go with it, also out of chainmail. The result is a game fit for a medieval king! Link -via Unique Daily

Well lots of women knit with wool. This seems knitting with metal for men.

But I truly have respect for this. I made my own chainmail cap and suit. That was quite simple yet very boring work and it took me about 8 months almost every evening or while sitting in bus or train before I had wearable items. So to make intricate pieces like this is awesome!

I've met a woman who crafts things in chainmail, but mostly candel sticks and other house hold items.

He should sell them. I'd buy it.
