    Only the Czechs.... I love it. I have to believe that this is someones private joke, so very much Czech joke..... let's hope they can handle the EU....

    I hate to say it but something doesn't quite look right about those barriers in this picture. (It might just be the compression but those colors look a little off.)

    In Poland we say on "this" - "Czech Film".
    Thats mean - Nothing knows anybody. (or somethingl like this).

    I just stole a sign that has been wired to a fence across from my house for several months. Its small, orange, metal, and says,

    "SOON OBSOLETE
    All fences, walls, and other impediments
    Nonchalance Viability Survey
    1-888-717-7517
    [picture of a dinosaur]
    Elsewhere Public Works Agency"

    I called the number. I recommend it.

    i've just been to prague, those banners are still all over the city, but oddly i never saw it written on any barriers
