I just stole a sign that has been wired to a fence across from my house for several months. Its small, orange, metal, and says,
"SOON OBSOLETE All fences, walls, and other impediments Nonchalance Viability Survey 1-888-717-7517 [picture of a dinosaur] Elsewhere Public Works Agency"
I hate to say it but something doesn't quite look right about those barriers in this picture. (It might just be the compression but those colors look a little off.)
