   It looks like quilling. One of the nuns at my grade school used to teach it as a special when I was in 8th grade. Hers weren't nearly as nice tho

   They are truly gorgeous. My mother used to do things very much like the top one. Don't know why she didn't pass any of her talent on to me? GGG

    Hi there. Maybe you've overlooked it since it is so ubiquitous but with the internet right at your fingertips how to do that is likely out there. Just an idea.
