Kisai Denshoku Watch from Tokyoflash

By Alex in Fashion, Gadgets, Hacks & Mods on Nov 25, 2008 at 2:28 pm

Our friend Tokyoflash has just released a new (and very cool) watch: the Kisai Denshoku. It’s inspired by the "neon skylines of Shinjuku" and takes uber-ninja skillz to read, which I believe, is part of the appeal.

One thing’s for sure: it’ll boost your geek cred up to stratospheric levels if you got one strapped to your wrist.

Link (nice new website design too!) – Thanks Paul!

Update 11/25/08 – Forgot to post this: congrats to Felo who won our last Tokyoflash Treasure Hunt (answer page here) – Thanks for reminding me, everyone!

I still say the wording on question 3 was ambiguous.
When it said display I took it to mean each page
that watches were on. Not the display ON a particular watch which is what was wanted. “…set of 4 icons on a watch….” would have been precise and unambiguous. Alex was kind enough to contact me and I tried to explain why I thought what I did. Still not sure if I succeeded but it was terrific that he took the time to reply to my initial message. You don’t see that much these days.

PS Alex you know I wasn’t going to go quietly. GGGGGG
    You’re a class act Alex

    Best Regards

Don’t ask how I managed to do that. I looked all over
trying to find a way to delete one of them.

    Sorry about the duplication.

Admittedly I had to read the 3rd question twice but I figured it out easily and always thought it was referring to a watch face

I’ll try to word it better next time, SparkS. Or maybe I should just try to be more cryptic – that’ll add a lot more fun to the game!

There goes your Christmas present Alex. Even my former
Top Secret Crypto clearance didn’t help me. Ooops, you said cryptic.

Didja notice there’s now 1 and a half of us that
had a problem with Q3. First Neatorama, then the world!

Can get them at Shibuya Tower Records. Saw there last time I was in Tokyo.
