The writing was tight. Could have used some editing for time. If you hadn’t said “Just when you start to think this is too long, unexpected events make it something very different”, I wouldn’t have stuck around until the end.

And the events really didn’t live up to the expectation. I was thinking, “It better be damn good after all this time…”, and it was just so-so.
