I’m pretty sure the Canadian $5 bill does not feature people running away from McCain and a nuclear explosion. Must be counterfeit.

The Canadian $5 bill does not have stick-people running on it. That was definitely shopped for political reasons.
Funny thing about celebs is you can get a picture of one in a multitude of poses, so matching a face to a bill is probably relatively easy, and not so amazing.
