Zebras … in Toronto?

Nah, that’s just some clever (manual) photographic manipulation by Robert Stirrett:

Zebras on plains, lush golf courses, sandy beaches in Africa… all fused with
the iconic skyline of Toronto?

Toronto photographer Robert Stirrett uses scissors on actual prints to cut and paste, effectively transforming the city’s skyline, mashing it up with exotic places he’s traveled to over the years.

If you like this, take a look at Jerry Uelsmann.

    http://www.uelsmann.net/

He doesnt cut and paste photographs, he actually makes these prints completely in the darkroom using dodging and burning techniques. Hes one of my favorite photographers.
