Heartbeat Bookshelf

Be still, my heart! Swedish designer Måns Salomonsen created this awesome bookshelf shaped like a heartbeat in an electrocardiogram.

    Cool, but only useful if you only own one or two skinny books.

    Yeah, it's neat, but it'll totally ruin your books. That might be better suited to be a magazine stand.

    Yeah, love the idea, but how many books can it hold? It's more like a shelf for smaller things, not a "bookshelf."

    I think it would look great in your cardiologist's office. But being a nurse, I couldn't stand to look at it at home.

    sorry to tell you this, but you have WPW syndrome with a short pr interval and a delta wave making the qrs look wide...and to make things worse, you have ST depression, suggesting cardiac ischemia.
