AdVille has a neat series of advertising posters, styled like old horror movie posters, for a dentist that specializes in after hours dental practice: Link

Trivia: Did you know that right before he died, Elvis visited his dentist at around midnight? He went after hours because he wanted to avoid being mobbed by his fans.
